丨Self-developed & collaborative: multiple series of unmanned sanitation vehicles to support multiple scenarios

As the head OEM in the sanitation industry, the company has a deep heritage and experience in the research and development and manufacturing of sanitation equipment, and its heritage of sanitation operation hardware technology over the years has become a major support for Fulongma’s entry into the unmanned sanitation track. At present, the company has launched a number of unmanned products, covering L2-L4 level of autonomous driving technology. Among them, the small sweeper series include SD08 self-following cleaning and vacuuming machine, SD13 driverless bucket sweeper, SD18 driverless sweeper, etc.


As with most traditional enterprises in the transformation of wisdom, product development, on the one hand, the company and Shanghai Jiao Tong University to set up a joint laboratory for self-research algorithms; on the other hand, actively carry out joint development with low-speed unmanned companies to explore unmanned sanitation products.

On 7 January 2022, Fronma Group entered into an exclusive strategic partnership with PIX Moving, a smart car development and manufacturing company, to jointly orthogonalise the development of intelligent urban service robots for sanitation scenarios. The full-flow driverless sweeping robot currently being developed by Fronma and PIX Moving will also be launched soon.

The main advantages of the full-flow driverless cleaning vehicle jointly developed with Pix Moving are fourfold.

Firstly, the vehicle has a higher degree of autonomy, allowing it to wake up at regular intervals, operate and recharge itself, sweep up rubbish and refill water on its own, thus achieving a completely “unmanned” operation.

Secondly, the product combines the advantages of the Pix Moving skateboard chassis technology, with a four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering chassis drive mode, which has a strong travel capacity and high adaptability to scenarios.

At the same time, the sweeping mode of the new unmanned sanitation vehicle adopts negative pressure sweeping, which is more widely used on pebble and masonry roads and other uneven and complex roads than the common roll sweeping mode in the market, effectively avoiding the hooking and dragging phenomena that often occur in roll sweeping mode.


Finally, the product’s hardware is highly modular, based on a collaborative approach to forward development. Therefore, in the operation module, the product’s brush sweeping system is designed as a quick-change structure, which allows for the quick replacement of operation tools, thus meeting the operational needs of multiple scenarios.

Strong technology is a prerequisite for the commercialisation of a company’s products. Through self-research and cooperation, Frontier’s product system and technical capabilities are being continuously improved and enhanced, which also lays the foundation for the commercialisation of its subsequent products on a large scale.

丨Creating benchmark cases and promoting the implementation of multi-scene projects

With many years of deep ploughing in the niche area, Fulongma Group has rich experience in scenarios and currently has more than 80 project subsidiaries in various provinces and cities across the country, and its business scope almost covers the whole scenario of sanitation such as municipal roads, parks, properties, campuses and scenic spots, which also provides the soil for the landing of its unmanned sanitation products. According to the relevant personnel in charge of Fulongma, the company’s current unmanned products have landed in Xiamen Jimei University, Longyan Longjin Lake Park, Anyang dynamic station Gutian meeting site, etc., of which the largest project for Jimei University, put about 10 units of unmanned operating aircraft group. In the second half of the year, we will continue to implement projects at Sichuan University, Sanya, Haikou and Huawei Smart Park.

At the same time, “Fulongma now has a perfect R&D and sales team for intelligent sanitation equipment, and has established a professional project operation and management team, and has completed the development of a number of mature unmanned products and conducted several rounds of iterations, from the hardware side of the product to the software side of the algorithm have been polished relatively mature, and has begun formal commercial operation.”


For the subsequent development, the technical person in charge of Fulongma introduced, “The company will continue to promote the implementation of operational projects at the scenario end, while actively playing a leading role in the industry, taking the initiative to create benchmark projects, perfecting standardized unmanned sanitation operation solutions and proving the commercial value of unmanned sanitation. Meanwhile, on the product side, Fulongma will also launch more series of products based on its understanding of scenarios and needs over the years to strengthen its core competitiveness.”
