The truck body is made from high-strength manganese steel plates, which can guarantee long-term use without rust and provide a long service life. It can also be made of stainless-steel.
The tailgate, box body, feeding port cover, and the rear door feeding port is sealed by rubber strips, forming a fully enclosed cavity, which is very suitable for the transfer of kitchen waste with high moisture content.
The tailgate has a built-in pendulum pressure filling mechanism, which can scrape the garbage to avoid accumulation at the feeding port. It can also be used as an external force source to press and fill the garbage in the tank, which facilitates the filling of the garbage and improves the loading rate.
The truck is equipped with sewage collection, discharge, and washing devices, which can initially realize solid-liquid separation, and collect and discharge excess sewage in a unified manner. It can also dock with an external fire hydrant pipe to clean the sewage tank, which is environmentally friendly and safe and can improve the vehicle’s loading capacity as well as maintainability.
The truck is equipped with a new-style trash can lifting mechanism to ensure that the lifting process is vertical, reducing the problem of garbage spilling. Two 120L or 240L trash cans can be lifted at the same time, and a lifting mechanism that can lift three standard trash cans of 120L, 240L, and 660L is optional.
The rear door is equipped with a safety brace device. When the rear door is opened for maintenance, the safety brace will be propped up to prevent the rear door from accidentally falling and improve safety.
