The FULONGMA two-way guardrail cleaning truck is used to initiate switching directions of the guardrail isolation belt on the left and right side of the road. The cleaning selection function provides customers with more choices. FEATURES

The driver can easily switch to the left or right side of the vehicle to clean through the one-button turn function depending on the actual direction of the road barrier. The auxiliary engine clutch adopts a program-controlled automatic clutch, and the operation is pedestrianized, which improves the working reliability and service life of the auxiliary engine. Uses a double-sided cleaning device, four groups of roller brush clamping isolation guardrail rotating scrubbing, high-pressure water-assisted flushing, and an electro-hydraulic control operation mode to clean the isolation guardrail and ensure that the isolation guardrail is cleaned in all directions without cleaning spots. The auxiliary engine clutch adopts a program-controlled automatic clutch, and the operation is humanized, which effectively extends the service life of the auxiliary engine.

Two working modes of low-pressure water cleaning and high-pressure water cleaning are set, and the corresponding working mode can be selected according to the cleanliness of the isolation fence to achieve a longer working time and more economical working efficiency. It adopts an intelligent control system, centralized control of the electric and hydraulic system, simple operation, and the driver can complete various actions in the cab. The camera is used for real-time monitoring and scrubbing of the isolation guardrail. The display screen is installed under the front windshield of the driver’s seat. The driver can instantly understand the status of guardrail cleaning, ensuring the effectiveness of the guardrail cleaning vehicle. The hydraulic system is equipped with a hydraulic oil cooler and a hydraulic oil level alarm device, which improves the reliability and safety of the equipment and ensures that the guardrail cleaning vehicle can continue to operate efficiently. The guardrail cleaning mechanism return alarm device is installed to ensure the safety of the vehicle during the transfer operation. The swingarm guardrail cleaning device is adopted, and the guardrail cleaning device is extended and lowered in place by one-key operation during operation, allowing for the driver’s operation to be more convenient and faster.
